   Tony Parker 'Was Aware' Eva Longoria Parker Would File For Divorce

  One day after news of their divorce filing made headlines, NBA star Tony Parkeris speaking out about his split from Eva Longoria Parker. "Eva and I have been discussing our situation privately," he tells "The Insider" in a statement. "I was aware that she would be filing for divorce in Los Angeles." "I did not file for divorce in Texas and did not hire divorce attorneys in either Texas or California," the 28-year-old San Antonio Spurs player went on to reveal. "We plan to continue to keep our discussions of this matter private."
