I note the question is right/left arm .For a right-hander its got to be right arm .why??The left arm don't rllaey bend as much as the right arm throughout the swing. At the impact area1) Your left elbow is already straight so there's little power you can add to it2) Your right elbow is still bent and must be straighten to hit the ball. . Clubhead speed comes from a proper sequencing of movements throughout the swing. I am 175 pounds soaking wet and cant bench press 130 pounds but I carry my driver about 285. For righties it is the left hand and for leiefts it is the right hand (or the top hand of the grip) the bottom hand is for direction. If you roll it over you will hook the ball, or if you leave it under you will slice Comment submit on Tue, 04 Mar 2014 10:28:44
